Fueling The Fast...


On December 14, 2009, I decided it was time to remove flesh from my diet once in for all.  I made this choose for several reasons, one of which is that it is just unhealthy and humans were never intended to be carnivores, We rely on meat as a main course and vegetables as a side dish or an  after thought. This insanity is the reason why many of us (including myself) are overweight and under nourished today. I know that If I want to loose the waste  that I say I do I have  to be first committed to the process and reverse the lifestyle that brought me here in the first place. 


It was a bit of a challenge at first but I decided  going fleshless was not enough after only two days I was then prompted by my internal voice to release the starches and refined sugars and replace them with herbal compounds, natural grains such as quinoa, amaranth and spelt in addition to fresh  fruits and vegetables. Immediately I noticed that I was lighter and had more energy than I have had in years.  Later, that week I decided that that still wasn't enough for me, so I dropped out the natural grains and relied on vegetables and herbs alone. When I speak about this herbal compound I am speaking  on a specially formulated blend of Irish moss, kelp and burdock called power blend which feeds and cleanses your body on a intracellular level.




On December 19, 2009, I forgot to eat and took only herbs.  On this day I had a bowel movement and I pasted some week old popcorn. This was all I needed to see. It dawned on me that as long as I continued to intake food, I would never truly be able to cleanse out all the backed up waste from my colon. So I stopped and now I am only taking my herbal compound, juice and water. Today marks Day 11 since I began my fast. I feel fantastic. I have more energy than I have had in years. Oh, and my favorite part is that I loose weight everyday. As of today my total weight loss since starting this blog is 30 pounds.



Things You Need To Know
   
1. There are many different types of fast. If you fast you are not starving yourself.  When doctor's perform gastric bi- past and lap band surgeries they are shrinking the stomach and limiting the types of food you can ingest. Fasting can save you 12,000 worth of surgery.


2. Herbs = Food. Herbs are a concentrated source of vital minerals directly from the earth and or sea. They alone contain more nutrients than a piece of fruit or a any  vegetable alone.


3. Fasting and liquid diets are commonly used to in hospitals to lower blood pressure, control diabetes and is a part of a treatment program used to heal anything you may come into a hospital for.

  1. Love it. Can I find that herbal mixture at Sevenanda? What do you mix it with? How much juice/water do you drink a day? Are you taking vitamins as well? Just wanna know because I wanna try it too. I need the energy and clarity. Hook a sista up
